Biennale of Evanesce

Martin Grove Brumbaugh School is in a small rectangular urban block between Ponce de Leon and Munoz Rivera avenues by Architect G.R. Gilmour and this was the second public school built. Hence the ideas is to comprehensively understand the problems in the Island in all aspects and disciplinaries and revitalize the lost culture, values, Rich heritage and economic vitality of the Island.
